Emmanuel Macron

There is a restless, top-down brilliance to Emmanuel Macron, the kind of person who seems to survey the whole board while everyone else studies a single square. That is his Sagittarius Sun at work: the Jupiter-ruled philosopher-explorer, the walking mobile university, born to shine through learning, ideas and the big picture. He trained in philosophy, then public administration, moved through the world of high finance at Rothschild, and carried that jovial, wide-angle optimism into politics. With his Sun in the eleventh house, the house of tribe and network, he was never content to slot into another's club. In 2016 he simply founded his own movement, En Marche, and in 2017, at thirty-nine, became the youngest president in French history, re-elected in 2022.
