About us and these Terms

CosmicProgram ("we", "us", "our") operates a website that produces and delivers personalised audio astrology readings and related digital content. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase.

Nature of the digital product

Our readings and related materials are digital products delivered electronically, typically as audio playlists organised into chapters and accessed through your online library. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Readings are generated from the birth data you provide (date, time and place). It is your responsibility to enter this information accurately; the quality of a reading depends on it.

Astrology is for entertainment and reflection

Our readings are offered for entertainment, self-reflection and personal interest only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice, and they are not predictions of future events.

You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make. If you need professional assistance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Licence and ownership of readings

We (and our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the service and in the content we produce, including readings, audio, images and text. When you purchase a reading, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and listen to it for your own private, non-commercial use.

• You may share an unlisted link to a reading where the service provides that option; sensitive birth data is redacted in shared links.
• You must not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or create derivative commercial products from your reading or any of our content.
• You must not attempt to download, scrape, or circumvent access controls except as expressly permitted.

Cosmic Credits (purchase, expiry, no cash-out)

Cosmic Credits are a prepaid, in-app currency used to unlock readings and other content. Credits have no independent monetary value outside the service.

• Credits may be granted on registration or through promotions, and may be purchased in packs. Prices are shown at the point of sale.
• Credits are not money, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded except where required by law (see Refunds below).
• Credits may expire. Where an expiry period applies to a grant or pack, it is disclosed at the time you receive or buy the credits; expired credits are forfeited.
• We may adjust the credit cost of products from time to time; changes are not retrospective to content you have already unlocked.

All-Access subscription (billing and cancellation)

The All-Access subscription provides recurring access to subscription entitlements (which may include a periodic grant of credits and access to designated content) for as long as the subscription is active.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) at the price shown when you subscribe. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (cancel-at-period-end): you keep your entitlements until that period ends, and you are not billed again.
• We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law.
• If we change subscription pricing, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems. By making a purchase you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown. All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and, where indicated, include any applicable GST.

Refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under that law, including the consumer guarantees.

Because readings are personalised digital products delivered electronically, we generally do not offer refunds simply for change of mind once a reading has been prepared or made available, or where you have consumed digital content. Where you order a reading, we provide a grace period during which you may correct your birth details or withdraw the order.

You remain entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, where a consumer guarantee is not met (for example, if a product is faulty or not as described). To request a refund or raise a problem, contact us at support@cosmicprogram.com.

Acceptable use

When using the service you agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's personal information without authority.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service or its content beyond the licence granted.

We may suspend or terminate your account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees described above, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on any reading.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or content or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the relevant claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version applies to your use of the service, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
