Al Pacino

Al Pacino is one of those rare souls who seems to carry a throne wherever he walks, and the chart tells you why. His Sun sits in Taurus, the earthy bull, the pillar and foundation of a chart, and it shines from the very top of his sky in the tenth house. This is the Sun at noon, the giant everyone else circles like ants; a placement of natural fame and leadership, of a life that becomes public whether one wants it to or not. So it went. From a minor debut in Me, Natalie (1969) he climbed with Taurean patience: The Panic in Needle Park, then Michael Corleone in The Godfather (1972), a role he would carry across three decades. His Academy Award finally came for Scent of a Woman (1992), crowning a career that also gave us Serpico, Dog Day Afternoon, Scarface and Glengarry Glen Ross.
