Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa carries a Leo Sun in its own home, the lion-king energy at full turbo power, and she uses it exactly as the sign intends: to command a stage, to be the warm centre of the room whom everyone orbits. That solar throne sits at the very top of her chart, the Sun at noon in the tenth house, which is the most visible placement of all, a karmic blessing of natural fame and leadership. Little wonder that from modelling and a 2014 Warner contract she rose so fast, with New Rules, then the disco-lit Future Nostalgia, Don't Start Now and Levitating turning her into one of Spotify's most-streamed artists and a winner of Grammys and Brits. Yet behind the glamour sits a Moon in Cancer, the moon goddess at her own hearth, a double-whammy of maternal, intuitive, deeply feeling water. Placed in the ninth house of foreign horizons and lineage, it explains the English-Albanian daughter who treasures her roots, her heritage, and faraway cultures. Her Libra rising is the polished, symmetrical, Venus-blessed mask the world adores. A golden-hearted lion, a psychic tide of a Moon, wrapped in perfect Venusian poise.
