Percy Shelley

Percy Bysshe Shelley was a lion who wrote as if the world could be remade by a single blazing line, and often it nearly was. A radical in his verse and his politics alike, he found little fame while he lived, yet became one of the great English Romantics, the maker of Ozymandias, Ode to the West Wind, Prometheus Unbound and the fierce Mask of Anarchy that would later stir Marx, Gandhi and Shaw.

His Sun sits in Leo, its own domicile, in the fifth house, its own home: pure creative fire, the born king of self-expression, charisma and defiant play. This is a soul made to shine through art and to burn brightly against convention, whatever the cost.
