William Faulkner

William Faulkner, born on a serene September day in 1897, embodied the harmonious essence of Libra, a sign that seeks balance and beauty in life. This gift permeated his intricate storytelling, where the complexities of human relationships unfolded against the evocative landscape of his native Mississippi. With his Moon nestled in Virgo, Faulkner possessed a keen eye for detail and an analytical mind, leading him to scrutinise the human experience and the social fabric of the South with profound sensitivity and depth.

Growing up in Oxford, he was surrounded by the Southern landscape that would later become the backdrop for his literary creations. Faulkner emerged as one of the most influential voices of the 20th century, crafting narratives that delved into the intricacies of time, memory, and identity. His novels like The Sound and the Fury and As I Lay Dying challenged conventional storytelling and showcased his innovative style. Awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1949, he left a legacy that continues to resonate. Through Libra's charm and Virgo's precision, Faulkner's work remains a testament to the power of language and the human spirit.
