Skakira

There is a soul here built to shine for the many, and Shakira has done exactly that. Her Sun sits in Aquarius, the sign of the collective, the humanitarian visionary and the crazy-genius innovator who is born to shine not on a solo throne but among the tribe, among the masses of humanity. That Sun falls in her eleventh house, doubling the Aquarian note: the founder of her own movement, the one who opens the doors for a whole community behind her. It is the perfect signature for the artist crowned Queen of Latin Music, who debuted at thirteen in Barranquilla, crossed into the English market with Laundry Service in 2001, and went on to sell over eighty million records while credited as the pioneer who carried Latin music to the world.
