Zac Efron

Zac Efron carries a face the camera adores, and there is real astrology in that symmetry, because his Sun shines in Libra, Venus's sign of the scales, of beauty, balance and easy charm. Libra shines by relating, by being liked, by seeing the pleasing proportion in everything, and this Sun sits in the ninth house of horizons and higher learning, the hero cast as a global citizen and seeker. That restless reach beyond the familiar is why, after the teen-idol years, he keeps chasing bigger questions and stranger roles.

Born on the eighteenth of October, 1987, he became a phenomenon as Troy Bolton in the High School Musical trilogy, then broadened through Hairspray, Neighbors, and The Greatest Showman, and unnerved everyone playing Ted Bundy in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile. His Moon in Virgo finds emotional peace through discipline, usefulness and craft, the perfectionist who works at a thing until it is right; nested in the eighth house, it is a survivor's Moon, a phoenix that has weathered real transformation.

A Capricorn Ascendant gives the composed, old-soul, quietly ambitious mask: the boy who grew into the patient professional.
