Halle Berry

Halle Berry carries a rare double blaze: both her Sun and her Moon burn in Leo, the lion's own sign, and the universe honestly could not give you a better Sun. This is the born celebrity, the king and queen of the castle at once, a giant heart in a magnetic frame, someone it is hard not to notice the moment she enters a room. Even in her jammies, my darling, she glows. That is the presence that carried her from beauty pageants and Revlon campaigns to becoming, in Monster's Ball (2001), the only Black woman ever to win the Academy Award for Best Actress. Moon in Leo makes her a born actress who feels through performance and knows how to give us goosebumps, which is exactly what Introducing Dorothy Dandridge and her turns as Storm and Catwoman required.

Both lights sit in her 4th house, the deepest, homiest part of the chart where the Moon is happiest, so all that fire is rooted in home, mother and lineage: she shines brightest at the family hearth and finds her peace there.
