Julian McMahon

Julian McMahon was born to be seen, and the heavens made no secret of it. His Sun blazed in Leo, the lion's own domicile, the born king of the castle whom everyone else seems to orbit, and it sat proudly in the tenth house, the very top of the chart, the Sun at noon on its throne. This is fame handed as a birthright, a life that is public whether one wills it or not. Fitting, then, for the only son of an Australian Prime Minister, Sir William McMahon, who left Sydney Grammar and a brief flirtation with law to model across Europe before the screen claimed him. He gave us Cole Turner in Charmed, the deliciously wounded Dr Christian Troy in Nip/Tuck, Doctor Doom, and Jess LaCroix in FBI: Most Wanted.

His Moon was also in Leo, in the eleventh house, so he was king and queen at once, both parents in one heart, a born actor who felt through performance and rose and fell with his tribe. His Libra Ascendant lent the polished, symmetrical charm that made him magnetic. He drew his last breath on 2 July 2025, having shone exactly as his chart foretold.
